Purchases can only be made within Australia and will be dispatched for delivery within 7 working days from date of purchase and shipped by Australia Post. All shipments will be charged per weight, which is calculated by our online Australia Post calculator. Customers have the option of having their shipments sent via Regular Parcel Post, Registered Post or Insured Post.
Returns Policy.
We are proud of the quality of our range of fashion jewellery and accessories and we have 100% guarantee on every item. All items purchased via the DNC Online Shop are guaranteed for 14 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults or defects. We package all purchased products exceptionally well to ensure your goods arrive to you in mint condition. If however, you receive a faulty product, please notify DNC immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. If any product that you purchase from us has a fault, please return the item/s in the original packaging and accompany them with your invoice, which is included with the goods. The DNC returns policy does not cover postage for any returns or refund of postage. Postage on returns must be paid for by the customer.
Please note that customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the delivery to the customer of an exchange. Customers should be aware that as DNC provide an exclusive range of items, DNC may not be able to provide an exact item in exchange. If this is the case DNC will provide a similar item of equal value or an account credit. DNC strongly advises customers to thoroughly check the product when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
